Vaxart (VXRT) announced the appointment of Jeroen Grasman as its CFO, effective May 19. Grasman succeeds Phillip Lee, who is resigning from his position as CFO for personal reasons. To ensure a smooth transition, Lee will remain with the company as a non-executive employee through June 1. Grasman most recently served as CFO at AltruBio.
