Valley National reports Q2 adjusted EPS 28c, consensus 29c

Valley’s total risk-based capital, common equity Tier 1 capital, Tier 1 capital and Tier 1 leverage capital ratios were 11.52 percent, 9.03 percent, 9.47 percent and 7.86 percent, respectively, at June 30, 2023. Reports Tangible book value per common share $8.51.
