Stifel lowered the firm’s price target on Vail Resorts (MTN) to $175 from $180 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares following what the firm calls a “disappointing” fiscal Q4 report. FY26 Resort adjusted EBITDA guidance was introduced 2% below consensus at the midpoint, while updated Epic Pass sales were guided slightly below prior guidance, the analyst notes. The firm expects shares to underperform as out-year Resort adjusted EBITDA expectations re-base, but adds that it sees little in last night’s results and commentary impacting the ongoing bull/bear debate.
