In a regulatory filing, Upexi disclosed that on June 15 the company accepted the resignation of Anthony Bazan as Chief Operating Officer of the company. “There were no disagreements between Mr. Bazan and the company on any matter relating to the company’s operations, policies or practices which resulted in his resignation,” the filing stated.
