Cowen analyst Gregory Williams lowered the firm’s price target on Uniti Group to $9 from $15 and keeps an Outperform rating on the shares. The analyst said with M&A on pause and capital markets challenged, the company raised expensive but necessary financing to clear the decks and control its destiny to become FCF positive by 2025. Demand is stronger than ever as Uniti has the path to go it alone for long-term organic growth and valuation unlock.
