UnitedHealth (UNH) agreed to pay $69M to settle a class action challenging the use of Wells Fargo (WFC) target date funds in its 401(k) plan, according to Bloomberg legal reporter Jacklyn Wille, citing a motion filed Friday in the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota seeking approval of the proposed settlement.
