Argus raised the firm’s price target on United Airlines (UAL) to $60 from $51 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. The firm believes that demand for air travel will continue its post-pandemic recovery with strong growth in international travel, and it will look for higher revenues to outweigh inflationary headwinds, the analyst tells investors in a research note. Argus adds that United Airlines should benefit from its plans to slow capacity growth and constrained industry capacity due to the grounding of the Boeing (BA) 737 MAX 9.
