Unilever is working with advisers to sell Kate Somerville, an upscale skincare brand it acquired in 2015, Mark Kleinman of Sky News reports. The company has engaged PricewaterhouseCoopers to field interest from potential buyers, sources tell Sky. Insiders said Unilever is also planning to sell REN, another skincare brand, which it also bought in 2015, the website adds.
