Unilever (UL) has hired investment banks Morgan Stanley (MS) and Evercore (EVR) as it revives an effort abandoned two years ago to sell a collection of non-core beauty and personal care brands that include Q-Tips and Impulse, people familiar with the matter told Reuters’ Abigail Summerville. The brand portfolio, known as Elida Beauty, generated about $760M in revenue in 2022, the report stated.
