UBS Group raised CEO Ralph Hamers’ compensation for last year by 11% while cutting bonuses for the rest of the firm after a challenging period, Myriam Balezou and Sonia Sirletti of Bloomberg reports. Hamers received $13M last year, which included a 9.7M francs bonus. Meanwhile, the overall bonus pool for the lender was cut 10% to $3.3B, the company said in its annual report.
