UBS (UBS) has begun to phase out Credit Suisse’s (CS) international brand, replacing signs at its U.S. headquarters and planning changes in key offices, Owen Walker of The Financial Times reports. citing people familiar with internal discussions. Credit Suisse’s brand may be retained in Switzerland, however, if UBS sells the company’s domestic business. The new sign at Credit Suisse’s headquarters says Credit Suisse AG, a UBS Group company. UBS intends to replace these with its own logo in the coming months, three people with knowledge of the plans told the Times.
