Ubisoft investor plans protest outside of Paris headquarters, IGN reports

Juraj Krupa, CEO of Ubisoft (UBSFY) minority shareholder AJ Investments, is seeking to organize a protest outside the game maker’s Paris headquarters, accusing it of failing to disclose alleged talks with Microsoft (MSFT), EA (EA), and other publishers apparently interested in acquiring the company’s game franchises, IGN’s Vikki Blake reports. According to a statement viewed by IGN, Krupa said Ubisoft is “horribly mismanaged by current management” and wants a “clear roadmap for recovery” from executives to address “declining shareholder value, lackluster operational execution, and failure to adapt effectively to market trends.”
