U.S. to announce ‘affirmative’ finding in solar trade case, says Roth Capital

Roth Capital analyst Philip Shen said his checks yesterday and today suggest the Department of Commerce called a couple of parties to say that the "determinations will be affirmative" in the solar AntiCirc case, which is inline with what he had previewed. Other details, such as tariff levels and carve out details, have not yet been shared and the full release will be made available tomorrow following a briefing the the Department of Commerce will host for the press, according to Shen. Publicly traded companies in the solar energy space include Array Technologies (ARRY), Canadian Solar (CSIQ), FTC Solar (FTCI), First Solar (FSLR), JinkoSolar (JKS), Maxeon Solar (MAXN), ReneSola (SOL), Shoals Technologies (SHLS), SolarEdge (SEDG) and SunPower (SPWR).
