BMO Capital analyst Katja Jancic lowered the firm’s price target on U.S. Steel to $26 from $27 and keeps a Market Perform rating on the shares. The company delivered a strong quarter but Q3 outlook missed expectations, the analyst tells investors in a research note. BMO adds that with sheet prices expected to decline further, U.S. Steel shares appear “near full value”.
