Nvidia (NVDA) is facing new accusations from U.S. lawmakers arguing the company is too close to China, criticism which may signal new challenges for the company, Olivia Beavers and Amrith Ramkumar of The Wall Street Journal reports. Senator Jim Banks and Senator Elizabeth Warren recently wrote in a letter to CEO Jensen Huang that plans for an Nvidia facility in Shanghai risk giving China access to cutting edge technology. The facility raises significant national security and economic security issues that warrant serious review,” they said in the letter, according to the Journal.
