Morgan Stanley lowered the firm’s price target on U.S. Bancorp to $43 from $46 and keeps an Equal Weight rating on the shares after the bank lowered total adjusted revenue guidance for full year 2023 from $30B at the midpoint to $29.5B. The firm lowered its own 2023 revenue estimate to $28.8B after marking to market its estimates with Q1 results and updated guidance, noting that this flows through to a 24c, or about 5%, hit to its 2023 EPS estimate.
