Tyson Foods faces lawsuit over claims of curbing GHG emissions, NY Times says

A consumer-protection lawsuit was filed Wednesday against Tyson Foods, alleging the company is misleading consumers with claims about its efforts to curb greenhouse gas. GHG, emissions, Karen Zraick of The New York Times reports. The advocacy group Environmental Working Group accused the company of taking advantage of the “well-intentioned preferences” of shoppers by making false statements in marketing materials.
