Tutor Perini (TPC) Corporation announced that its subsidiary, Fisk Electric Company, has been awarded an electrical services contract for the Cruise Terminal G Complex at the Port of Miami. The contract value is approximately $43.4M. The project scope of work includes a new electrical vault to support electrical distribution switchboards for Terminal G, installation of new conduits to ensure primary and emergency power supply, as well as new main switchgear, automatic transfer switches, switchboards, and panelboards. Additionally, the Terminal G parking garage will incorporate 50 electric vehicle charging stations, with infrastructure capable of accommodating up to 430 more chargers in the future. The project also includes supplying power to the existing chillers and fire pump at Terminal F, the replacement of the current 2000-KW generator in the Central Utility Plant, and procurement and installation of three additional generators with emergency paralleling switchgear to provide a reliable backup power source for life safety systems, along with advanced lighting for the cruise terminal and parking garage. Work has recently commenced, and substantial completion is anticipated in November 2027. The contract value was added to the Company’s backlog in the third quarter of 2025.
