TSMC (TSM) plans to start building its first European facility in the fourth quarter of 2024, ahead of production in 2027, Reuters’ Toby Sterling reports. TSMC unveiled plans for the $11B factory in Germany last August, with Infineon (IFNNY) and Robert Bosch each taking a 10% stake.
