U.S. President Donald Trump has signed an executive order imposing 25% tariffs on all cars made outside the U.S. The tariffs will become effective April 2, Trump said, adding that tariffs on lumber will be coming as well. Publicly traded companies in the space include Ford (F), General Motors (GM), Honda (HMC), Mercedes-Benz (MBGYY), Nissan (NSANY), Stellantis (STLA), Tesla (TSLA), Toyota (TM) and Volkswagen (VWAGY).
