Tritax Big Box REIT re-initiated with a Buy at Berenberg

Berenberg re-initiated coverage of Tritax Big Box REIT with a Buy rating and 155 GBp price target. The analyst initiated and re-initiated coverage on a set of U.K. real estate investment trust companies “that are distinguished by their long-income characteristics.” While these were the darlings of the REIT sector during the low interest rate era, and were responsible for a significant quantum of equity raising, the proposition for shareholders today is “very different,” the analyst tells investors in a research note.
