Trimble joins ResponsibleSteel organization

Trimble announced that it has joined ResponsibleSteel, an independent, non-profit organization that is the steel industry’s first global multi-stakeholder standard and certification initiative. The steel industry, as one of the largest industrial emitters of CO2, is taking an industry-wide approach to ensure that steel is responsibly sourced and produced. Trimble is also the first Building Information Modeling software technology provider to join the ResponsibleSteel initiative.
