The firm noted Travere announced plans to submit an sNDA for Filspari (sparsentan) in FSGS around the end of 1Q25, which could potentially lead to an FDA full approval and label expansion of Filspari in the timeframe of 4Q25 – 1Q26, depending on the type of FDA review process.
