Transocean announces results of tender offers

Transocean announced on behalf of Transocean Inc., the results of the Company’s previously announced tender offers to purchase for cash any and all of its outstanding 11.50% Senior Guaranteed Notes due 2027 and 7.25% Senior Notes due 2025, in each case, from holders thereof. Each of the Notes are referred to as a “series” of Notes. The Offers were made pursuant to an Offer to Purchase, dated April 11, 2024. According to information received from D.F. King & Co., Inc., the tender agent and information agent for the Offers, as of 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on April 17, 2024, $844,367,000 in combined aggregate principal amount of Notes had been validly tendered.
