BMO Capital analyst Michael Goldie initiated coverage of TransDigm (TDG) with an Outperform rating and $1,420 price target The firm sees several levers of growth and says that while visibility is limited, large scale M&A “should eventually materialize and serve as a re-rating catalyst.” While waiting for that, “patient investors can collect healthy distributions” while price and productivity drive margin expansion, the analyst argues.
