Cowen analyst Jeffrey Osborne raised the firm’s price target on TPI Composites to $17 from $13 and keeps an Outperform rating on the shares. The analyst said he is cautious heading into earnings as all of TPI’s key customers reported weaker than expected C4Q22 results and TPI has already indicated 2023 will be one of transition.
