Seaport Research analyst Kenneth Zener raised the firm’s price target on TopBuild to $440 from $280 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. The analyst thinks management’s statement that “more upside than usual” fiscal 2024, relative to operating leverage, should supersede investor concerns regarding guidance and timing of the pending SPI deal. The firm says TopBuild remains an attractive story.
