The fund’s new buys during the third quarter included, by size of position, Meta Platforms (META), U.S. Steel (X), T-Mobile (TMUS), Regal Rexnord (RRX), and Telephone and Data Systems (TDS). Third Point exited its positions in Alibaba (BABA), Nvidia (NVDA), HCA Healthcare (HCA), Denbury (DEN), and Activision Blizzard (MSFT). The fund increased its stake in Microsoft, Jacobs (JEC), Uber (UBER), Option Care Health (OPCH), and Amazon (AMZN), and reduced its stake in TSMC (TSM), Alphabet Class A (GOOGL), International Flavors (IFF), DuPont (DD), and Danaher (DHR). The fund’s top holdings as of September 30, in order of size, were PG&E, Microsoft, Amazon, Danaher, and Bath & Body Works (BBWI).
