Canaccord analyst T. Michael Walkley raised the firm’s price target on Tenable Holdings to $63 from $60 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. The firm noted Tenable announced a definitive agreement to acquire Ermetic, a fully integrated cloudnative application protection platform company (CNAPP) and leading provider of cloud infrastructure entitlement management (CIEM). they believe the acquisition strengthens Tenable’s cloud security capabilities and its ability to deliver market-leading contextual risk visibility, prioritization and remediation across infrastructure and identities, both onpremise and in the cloud.
