Loop Capital lowered the firm’s price target on Tempus AI (TEM) to $52 from $57 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. The firm cites the company’s below-consensus Q4 revenue pre-announcement, though the shortfall was attributed to softness in its Compass Contract Research Organization business, which Loop sees as non-core, the analyst tells investors in a research note. Tempus also did not provide formal profitability guidance, other than it expects a sequential improvement in adjusted EBITDA in Q4, Loop adds.
