TD Bank (TD) announced the appointment of Brian Callanan as U.S. General Counsel and Andre Ramos as U.S. CFO, effective December 1. Callanan joins TD from Liberty Strategic Capital, where he has been Senior Managing Director and General Counsel. As U.S. CFO, Ramos will lead the U.S. finance organization, driving financial strategy, performance management and ensuring effective Treasury management to support the bank’s U.S. objectives. Ramos joins TD from JPMorgan Chase where he spent 11 years in business CFO roles.
