BMO Capital analyst Ben Pham downgraded TC Energy to Market Perform from Outperform with a price target of C$55, down from C$60. The firm says its thesis “changes somewhat” following the liquids separation announcement. It now believes the share performance will be driven by perceived value of the two separate entities. BMO is not yet convinced the separation will add value, saying it will “detract for now.”
