A group of 26 Taylor Swift fans are suing Ticketmaster following November’s ticketing disaster that left users unable to purchase tickets for The Eras Tour, Deadline’s Bruce Haring reports, citing the suit. The fans are suing the company claiming "fraud, price-fixing, and antitrust violations", alleging Ticketmaster used "intentional deception" enabling scalpers to buy a majority of the tickets.
