RBC Capital analyst Mike Dahl raised the firm’s price target on Taylor Morrison to $63 from $61 and keeps an Outperform rating on the shares. The firm cites the company’s Q1 net sales orders exceeding estimates and driving a stronger gross margin trajectory. RBC adds however that it is only raising its FY25 EPS view by 2% to $7.90 as it continues to assume incremental headwinds from a higher for longer interest rate outlook and land costs.
