Tarsus Pharmaceuticals appoints Farro as CFO, CSO

Tarsus Pharmaceuticals announced the appointment of Jeff Farrow as Chief Financial Officer, CFO, and Chief Strategy Officer, CSO, effective immediately. Farrow succeeds Leo Greenstein who served as CFO since 2020 and will be leaving Tarsus to pursue other professional interests. Most recently, Farrow served as Chief Financial Officer at Global Blood Therapeutics.
