Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing (TSM) and President Trump recently agreed upon a $100B bet that high-end chips can be made in the U.S. Meanwhile, Foxconn Technology is working with Apple (AAPL) to add an AI server assembly site in Texas. Even smaller Taiwanese companies are following suit.
