Target (TGT) is testing the delivery of products directly to customer homes from factories, similar to the Chinese e-commerce platforms Temu and Shein, Jaewon Kang of Bloomberg reports, citing people familiar with the matter. The company is seeking to broaden its range of low-cost offerings through the initiative, sources told Bloomberg. The products would primarily include apparel, household goods and other non-food items, according to the people.
