BTIG analyst Ryan Zimmerman lowered the firm’s price target on Tactile Systems to $19 from $22 but keeps a Buy rating on the shares. The company’s tax benefit drove its Q3 earnings beat, while the double-digit growth in lymphedema was hampered by Airway Clearance sales decline, the analyst tells investors in a research note. Tactile Systems is still able to maintain its long-term growth and profitability targets however, and its Airway Clearance challenges will ultimately prove transitory, the firm added.
