Benchmark analyst Matthew Harrigan raised the firm’s price target on T-Mobile to $250 from $220 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares based off management’s new guidance through 2027. A “new impetus for fostering favorable switching activity and even more superior customer retention” is T-Mobile’s new Intent CX platform to enable and enhance the customer service experience, with AI capabilities to be developed in tandem with OpenAI, the analyst tells investors.
