Switzerland’s prosecutors are probing the government-orchestrated takeover of Credit Suisse (CS) by UBS (UBS), Patricia Kowsmann of The Wall Street Journal reports. The federal prosecutor has reached out to authorities and "issued investigation orders" to analyze and identify if any criminal offenses took place under the deal, a spokeswoman said, according to the Journal. The deal involved the government, the financial regulatory, Finma, and Switzerland’s central bank. Reference Link
