Suzano (SUZ) is exploring an offer for Clearwater Paper (CLW), people with knowledge of the matter told Bloomberg’s Cristiane Lucchesi, Gillian Tan and Rachel Gamarski. The Brazilian company is working with an adviser as it seeks to reach a deal, though an agreement hasn’t been reached and it’s possible one won’t be struck, said the sources.
