Northland analyst Nehal Chokshi raised the firm’s price target on Super Micro Computer to $300 from $200 and keeps an Outperform rating on the shares. Power envelope efficiency is “a driver of meaningful differentiation” with current generative AI needs, says the firm, which estimates Super Micro’s AI market share is on track to increase from 7% in the March quarter to 12% in the June quarter. The firm, which adds that it has “high confidence” in its “well above consensus” September quarter estimates, is moving to a discounted cash flow valuation framework for its price target for Super Micro Computer shares.
