Sunstone Hotel price target lowered to $9 from $10 at Barclays

Hawaii is a key market for Sunstone, which has among the most direct exposure to Maui among the lodging real estate investment trusts, the analyst tells investors in a research note. The firm update estimates to reflect lower near-term demand expectations for Maui leisure travel in the aftermath of August’s wildfires.
