Sunlight’s Board of Directors and management believe the Company’s current share price does not reflect the intrinsic value of the company. Therefore, as a number of parties have approached the Company with a range of strategies, the Board has commenced a process to explore, review and evaluate potential alternatives that enable the Company to continue to grow and maximize value for all stakeholders. Sunlight will make further public comments once the Board has approved a specific transaction or otherwise concludes its review.
