StoneCo (STNE) is putting Linx up for sale three years after buying the asset, Exame’s Natalia Viri reported on Friday. Morgan Stanley (MS) and JPMorgan (JPM) have been mandated to seek buyers for the asset, according to the report. Totvs (TTVSY) has expressed interest in Lix, but at a depreciated price, private equity funds GIC and Advent are engaged in preliminary talks for the asset, Viri writes.
