Stephens resumes Portillo’s with an Overweight, names as ‘Best Idea’

Stephens analyst Jim Salera resumed coverage of Portillo’s with an Overweight rating and $20 price target and named the stock the “Best Idea in our restaurants coverage.” Portillo’s is in the early stages of robust geographic expansion, says the firm, which says the company’s “highly productive units and fiercely loyal consumers indicate that they are separating themselves from peers.”
