Starbucks is focused on streamlining its operations by giving baristas better tools to reduce the five-minute or longer wait for their popular drinks, Daniela Sirtori-Cortina of Bloomberg reports. One of the biggest reasons people are not going to the store is the wait, for more than a third of customers will experience a longer than five-minute wait to receive their drink.
