Starboard took stake in Alight, nominated four for board, Reuters reports

Activist investor Starboard Value has amassed a stake in Alight and nominated four people to the company’s board of directors in a push for changes, people familiar with the matter told Reuters’ Svea Herbst-Bayliss. Starboard has nominated three independent candidates and one of its own executives as candidates, the sources said.
