Starboard Value has privately nominated five candidates to the board of Kenvue (KVUE), Matthew Monks and Crystal Tse of Bloomberg report, citing people familiar with the matter. Starboard and Kenvue have been in discussions about the company’s struggles, sources told Bloomberg. Starboard announced a stake in Kenvue in October at an investor conference, saying the shares were undervalued.
