Stanley Black & Decker names John Lucas as Chief Human Resources Officer

Stanley Black & Decker announced the appointment of John Lucas to Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer. He will join the executive team and report to Stanley Black & Decker President & CEO, Donald Allan, Jr. In this role, Lucas will be responsible for the company’s global human resources strategy and operations; talent management, including recruitment and leadership development; and compensation and benefits. Current interim CHRO Deborah Wintner will assume the role of CHRO for the company’s largest segment, Tools & Outdoor.
